SAFETECH Precast Building Manufacturing LLC is an MIG Holding company and a core pillar of the Group’s industrial portfolio, proudly operating the Middle East’s largest and most advanced precast concrete facility. Spanning over 2.2 million square feet, the state of the art complex features a 750,000 square foot manufacturing area and an 800,000 square foot storage yard, with an annual production capacity exceeding 700,000 cubic meters.
SAFETECH’s factory is a fully integrated precast manufacturing facility designed to handle all stages of production from steel reinforcement to concrete casting, finishing, storage, and dispatch. The layout is carefully planned to separate and streamline operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
The facility includes dedicated areas for steel preparation, automated and manual casting zones, mold and carpentry workshops, and specialized sections for producing hollow core slabs, prestressed beams, SafePods, and GRC/GRP/GRG elements. It also houses open yard casting space, large storage yards for finished products, and support areas for maintenance, aggregates, and logistics.
All production activities are supported by a full internal logistics system and heavy duty fleet, enabling smooth material handling and timely delivery.
